This policy explains what information AuthorPad processes when authors, readers, customers, and site visitors use the platform.

Information we collect
We process account details, author profile and publication content, billing and transaction references, messages and newsletter subscriptions, technical logs, and privacy-respecting usage analytics. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by AuthorPad.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, publish author sites, fulfill purchases and distribution services, deliver requested communications, prevent abuse, measure product performance, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and public content
We share only the information needed with hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, payment, and fulfillment or distribution providers. Content an author publishes to a public site, marketplace profile, or press release is public by design.
Retention and choices
We retain information while an account is active and as needed for security, financial records, disputes, and legal compliance. Newsletter recipients can unsubscribe from every message. Account holders may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.
