Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AuthorPad websites, workspaces, commerce tools, and optional publishing services.

Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and have the rights needed to publish all submitted content. You may not use AuthorPad for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or security-disrupting activity.
Author content and licenses
You retain ownership of your content. You grant AuthorPad the limited rights needed to host, reproduce, format, distribute, and display content according to the features and services you select.
Subscriptions and third-party services
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until canceled. Payment, email, hosting, retailer, fulfillment, and distribution services may also be governed by their providers' terms and availability.
Commerce responsibilities
Authors are responsible for product accuracy, rights, fulfillment commitments, applicable taxes, and customer-service obligations for their stores. AuthorPad may suspend commerce when payment or risk requirements are not met.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AuthorPad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service interruptions, or outcomes not guaranteed by a purchased service.
