Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on whether a subscription period, physical or digital order, or professional service has already begun or been delivered.

Subscriptions
You may cancel future renewal at any time. Previously charged subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where AuthorPad confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge.
Press and launch services
A paid distribution order may be canceled and refunded before it is submitted for fulfillment. Once submission or staff delivery work has begun, costs are committed and refunds are handled only for confirmed non-delivery or another written service failure.
Book and store purchases
Digital purchases are normally non-refundable after download access is delivered. Physical-order issues, including damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items, should be reported promptly and are reviewed according to the responsible seller's fulfillment terms.

Send the order number, account email, and reason to support@theauthorpad.com. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
